How does the gaxsys B2B marketplace work?

The article exchange forms the core of the marketplace. Here, online shop operators place orders for a few hours, which stationary traders can take over during this time, i.e. process from their stock. The orders offered always concern certain brand products, which always end up automatically in the Article Exchange when they are ordered in the respective online shop.

Dealers then have the possibility – manually or automatically – to take over these orders, provided the corresponding article is in their stock. All necessary documents such as delivery notes and returns slips are generated automatically. The goods only have to be packed and shipped.

As a rule, orders are completely free with regard to fulfilment. This means that as soon as an order appears in the Article Exchange, it can be fulfilled by any trader who has the product in stock. The principle of “first come, first served” applies. Deviating from this, there may also be regulations determined by the online shop operator, in which, for example, preference is given to the trader who is closest to the delivery address of the end customer, or orders can also be assigned directly.
